Cave Racing Memories

Rick has been busy in the Fab Shop and he will have some late model bodies available for pick-up this weekend at the Winchester Speedway. He will be there attending the Winchester 200 Friday and Saturday so if you are interested in buying a body from him, stop by his motorhome and pick one up. Also, an ADDITIONAL PRACTICE SESSION has been scheduled for Friday, October 6th, at 7:30. The track will be open for practice and we will have a final "run through" race to get the new guys acquainted with the way The Cave Speedway works and make sure everything is ready to run smoothly for the first points race of the session which is scheduled for Friday, October 20th. If you are interested in racing slot cars at The Cave Speedway this winter, see Rick this weekend or come to the practice session on October 6th and he can set you up with a car and have you ready for the first points race. The last practice session before the upcoming points season starts at The Cave is scheduled for this Friday, September 15th. The track will open at 7:30 p.m. It is not too late to come check us out and join the fun and the excitement at "The Cave Speedway". The Cave Speedway will be open this Friday, September 9th, at 7:30 for its first practice session. All racers are encouraged to come out and test their cars for the upcoming 2006-2007 points season. If you are new to slot car racing and just want to see what it is all about, now would be a great time to stop by. That way, once you get the "bug" you'll still have time to put a car together for the beginning of the points season. The much anticipated winter schedule for the 2006-2007 season for The Cave Speedway has just been released. Along with the well established Late Model Division the officials at The Cave Speedway have announced the beginning of a Pure Stock Division for the upcoming season. There has been lots of interest shown for this division so it is being added to the show. If you have any questions regarding the newest addition to The Cave's lineup, just give Rick a call and he will be happy to discuss it with you.
