The Cave Speedway's biggest racing weekend of the season is now officially in the books and what a weekend it was. The Sweetheart 100 started things off on Friday night. Defending Champion Carey Williamson Good, two time past champion Vickie Seal, and Doris Parrill were on hand to vie for bragging rights. Seal came away with the victory by leading every lap, the only perfect 120 lap race ever completed at the Cave. Good was second with 92 laps, and Parrill finished third with 75 laps. On Saturday the Sprints took to the track for the first show of the day. The feature had Travis Clark, Alan Sagi, Frenchy Bennington, Bobby Jones, Brent Hottle and Cody. After a 3 year hiatus The Cave Speedway will have a test and tune this coming Saturday Dec 28th from Noon till 3:30pm. Come on down and tune up and check it out. Check back for The Little 100 date to be set soon. Rick The Cave Speeday
